We wish to cover “glassy” grey hair on the line around face. What should be done if we have already tried to low the level of the tone, to use hybrid booster, to use heat and we still couldn’t achieve the desired result?

I found there is always one of these clients. Take a look at several things. Does she smoke? Does she take medication? Does she use wax in her hair styling products? What system is she using at home to wash her hair and conditon? Is her skin care moving up into her hair line? What kind of water does she have? (high mineral content) Any of these things can coat the hair. A pre-softening technique may be needed to “decoat the hair”. I will check with Roy and see how he would do this.
