Stylist Name: Dasha
Initial assessment: 5N, the color of the hair is golden-brassy(copper), very bright.
Desired result: rich brassy (copper) color.
Formula: For the roots: clear CR mixed with 10vol. and 20 vol. developers, for some reason I haven’t written down the amount in grams (ounces.). But the color was not bright
Result: hysterics)) One more thing I wanted to ask: maybe the color round face just gets dry or we put not enough?

“CK” copper kick is a blazing warm red with a level 6 dye load. If there is no grey, use CK with 10 or 20 volume. The higher the volume the brighter the hair. If there is grey CK and or GR may be added to the desired level of N series (brown) I have never had the color dry out. Always mix enoughh color to saturate the entire head. ***O clear does not have any color. It will dilute the color it is added too. O is used to create a gloss when added to Demi developer. O is used when creating an on the scalp lightening formula for double processed lighting.
I hope this answers the question
for gray hair coverage try to use ammonia provided by Roy
