pHormulate considers 4 groups of customers:
- General Public
- Stylists
- Salon owners
- Distributers
Ordering process is slightly different for mentioned groups.
NOTICE: pHormulate does not sell color products to general customers as it prohibited by the law. To buy color products customer must be a professional and have a valid license (hairdresser, hair salon) or act as a reseller (distributor).
Common ordering process
Selecting products
- Click on “Store” link at the top right corner of web page
- Navigate through product categories using menu at the top. Pick the desired product category by clicking on the menu item.
- After you have clicked “Add to card” button, you will be redirected to the “My Cart” page showing products you have added.
- Continue to shop for products by repeating steps 2 – 5. When you have picked all the desired products and see them in your cart, proceed to step 6
- If you have a coupon code/discount code, enter it in the “Discount Codes” box at the left bottom corner and click “Apply Coupon” button.
- If you would like to change the quantity of products in the cart, enter desired quantity in the “Qty” column and then press “Update Shopping Cart” button. Enter 0 to remove a product.
- Review your selection and proceed to checkout by clicking “Proceed to Checkout” button.
Checkout
- You will be asked if you want to checkout as guest, use your existing account or register new account.
Click “Continue” if you don’t have an account or “Login” if you do (having entered email address and password).
- Billing information. Provide your billing information and click “Continue”. If your shipping address is the same click on “Ship to this address” radio-button at the bottom and skip the next step. Your billing address should appear at the right panel after you click “Continue”.
- Shipping information. Provide your shipping information. If your shipping address is the same as billing, click on the checkbox “Use Billing Address” and all fields will be filled automatically.
Your shipping address will appear under billing address on the right panel.
- Shipping method. Select desired shipping method and click “Continue”
- Payment method. Choose desired payment method, currently there are two methods available: Paypal Account and CreditCard. If you select “Pay with your Paypal account” you will be redirected to the Paypal website after you submit your order. If you select “Pay by CreditCard”, you will be prompted to fill credit card information
Click “Continue” and your payment method information will appear on the right panel.
- Order review. Review all the information carefully. Total amount you will be charged is “Grand Total”. Billing, shipping and payment information is on the right.
Double check your billing and shipping addresses.
If the information is correct click “Place Order”.
- Order confirmation page. After the order was successfully submitted you will be redirected to the confirmation page. You should also receive an email notification through the email address you provided.
Stylist and Salon Owners ordering process
Professionals must be registered in pHormulate Store and provide a valid license number in order to buy color products.
- Go to homepage www.phormulate.com
- Enter email address and password in the login form at the right bottom and click “Login”
- After you have logged in you will see the “My Account” page with the “Dashboard”.
- Continue with steps described “Common ordering process” starting from step 3.
