Initial assessment: natural base – 7N, highlights, some grey.
Desired result: a blond, re-highlighting
Formula: for the basic color: 7N + 8N + Demi. The color was applied on the roots for 30 minutes, then while washing off it was emulsified all over the hair and washed off. For highlights: 0 + 6 scoops of powder + 30 Vol.
Result: grey is almost covered, highlights with a high level of lightening, everybody is happy!

Using a straight 7N + Demi for 35 minutes would have given you better grey coverage. If the hair was resistant, you can add 1/4 oz of the hybrid booster to you color mixture for better penetration.
